Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pay per scan or subscribe — cancel anytime, with a 14-day refund window on your first subscription charge.

Overview
We want you to feel confident using ScalpAnalysis AI. Taking your 4-angle photos and previewing your report structure is always free. Unlocking a full analysis is a one-time $2.99 per scan purchase — no subscription required — or free when 3 friends sign up through your invite link. Premium is an optional subscription for ongoing tracking.
Single scan purchases
A single scan is a one-time $2.99 purchase that adds one scan credit to your account. If you haven't used the credit yet, contact us and we'll refund it in full. Once the credit has been used to run an analysis, the service has been delivered instantly, so we generally can't refund it — but if something went wrong (duplicate charge, a technical failure that blocked your analysis), contact us and we'll make it right. Failed analyses never consume your credit.
Subscriptions
Premium is a recurring subscription: $4.99 / month or $29.99 / year.
Cancel anytime
Cancel at any time from your account. You keep Premium until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a period.
Refunds
If you're not happy with Premium, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to your first charge only (not renewals). Because the service is delivered instantly, we generally don't refund renewals — but if something went wrong (duplicate charge, a technical issue that blocked you from using it), contact us and we'll make it right. Single scan purchases follow the rules above: unused credits are fully refundable.
How to request
Email support@scalpanalysis.app with your account email and order details. We usually respond within 2 business days.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
A note on results
ScalpAnalysis AI provides informational, appearance-based insights and style suggestions — not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of any outcome. Refunds follow the policy above, not dissatisfaction with the content of an analysis.
