Overview
We want you to feel confident using ScalpAnalysis AI. Every new account gets one full analysis for free before any payment — so you experience the complete report before deciding to subscribe.
Subscriptions
Premium is a recurring subscription: $7.99 / month or $59.99 / year.
Cancel anytime
Cancel at any time from your account. You keep Premium until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a period.
Refunds
If you're not happy, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to your first charge only (not renewals). Because the service is delivered instantly and you've already had a free analysis, we generally don't refund renewals — but if something went wrong (duplicate charge, a technical issue that blocked you from using it), contact us and we'll make it right.
How to request
Email support@scalpanalysis.app with your account email and order details. We usually respond within 2 business days.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
A note on results
ScalpAnalysis AI provides informational, appearance-based insights and style suggestions — not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of any outcome. Refunds follow the policy above, not dissatisfaction with the content of an analysis.
